Maize Gluten Meal

Maize is one of the most commonly used Grains in Live Stock and Poultry. In Corn Gluten Meal (CGM) the grain is changedto a concentrated form of protein (minimum 60% protein), which is also a high nutrient and high-energy ingredient. The CGM also consists of insoluble protein combined with traces of starch and fiber fractions. CGM is a good source of Vitamins and Minerals for Live Stock and Poultry. The high levels of methionine and Xanthophyll of CGM are valued for the skin and yoke pigmentation of Poultry
